With more than 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry in seven different restaurants, Allison Radecker brings a distinguished resume of experience to her position as bar manager at O-Ku. Radecker is constantly crafting new cocktails for O-Ku’s frequently changing bar menu. She is well-known for her friendly smile, upbeat personality and her signature “A-Rad Sangria.”

Prior to her position as bar manager, Radecker worked at O-Ku as a bartender and shift leader. Before joining O-Ku, Radecker began her career in Charleston as a hostess and cocktail server at The Macintosh, another Indigo Road establishment. Formerly from upstate New York, Radecker has an extensive list of experience in the food and beverage industry including serving and bartending at Eddie O’Brien’s Grille and Bar, bartending  at Dana’s Time Out Restaurant & Catering, and serving at The Crow’s Nest Rooftop Bar at The Water Club and Tasteology, an organic wine bar.

When not behind the bar, chances are you can find Radecker traveling, hiking, working out or lounging on the beach with a good book.
